On other marketplaces
- Message the seller, wait, negotiate, escalate
- No independent record of the card's condition before it shipped
- The platform reviews a dispute it never saw firsthand
On Tierdrop
- Report the concern and provide photos of what you received
- We compare them with the authentication photos of your exact card
- Our team reviews the evidence, without you needing to negotiate directly with the seller
Authentication photos support every order
Our team photographs the exact card before dispatch. This gives us a record of its authenticated condition and helps us assess claims using evidence from before delivery.
Tell us what went wrong and upload clear photos of the card and packaging as they arrived. Where possible, leave the transparent heat-sealed bag unopened and intact. Do not return the card unless we approve it for return and provide you with return instructions.
We compare your photos with the authentication photos taken of your card before dispatch. If we need more information or additional photos, we'll contact you before deciding the outcome.
If we confirm an issue, we'll offer the appropriate resolution. This may be a partial refund if you choose to keep the card, or we may ask you to return the card to Tierdrop for further inspection.
If a return is required, you'll need to purchase your own tracked return postage and send the card to Tierdrop. If our inspection confirms that you're eligible for a full refund, we'll reimburse your return postage and refund the card price, Tierdrop fees and original delivery cost to your original payment method.
If the card matches our authentication record or the issue is not covered, we'll explain the decision and show you the comparison. The card will be returned to you at no additional cost.
