A little extra care with packaging and tracking helps your cards arrive at Tierdrop safely and keeps each order moving smoothly
Recommended packaging methods
Please package your items securely so they arrive at Tierdrop in the same condition shown in your listing photos. We recommend taking photos of your packaged items before sending them.
Tracked shipping is required for all orders sent to Tierdrop. Your tracking number is used to update the order status and help monitor the parcel while it is in transit.
Raw / Ungraded card

Additional protection
For added protection and to reduce the risk of damage, consider using a mailer box instead of a standard bubble mailer.
Shipping multiple cards?
When shipping multiple cards to Tierdrop, pack each card individually and clearly label each one with its corresponding order number before bundling them together.
Shipping time expectations
You must ship orders to Tierdrop within the handling time set on your account. Available handling times are 3, 5 or 7 business days.
Your handling time applies to all of your listings and is shown to customers before they place an order. Once an order is placed, the handling time for that order cannot be changed.
Business days are based on Victorian business days and exclude weekends and Victorian public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be treated as placed on the next business day.
Tracking requirements & overdue orders
You must create a Tierdrop shipping label or enter valid tracking for your own label within the handling time set on your account. If neither is completed by the deadline, the order will be marked as Dispatch Overdue.
The customer may then keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. Cancellation is no longer available once a Tierdrop label is created or valid tracking is entered.
Invalid tracking
If neither a Tierdrop shipping label nor valid tracking is added within 30 calendar days of the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If tracking is invalid, does not update, or the parcel is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be reviewed and cancelled where appropriate.
Vacation mode
Turn on Vacation Mode if you will be away or unable to fulfil new purchases.
Vacation Mode pauses your active listings from being purchased, but it does not pause or extend the handling time for any existing orders.
Paused listings will still appear in the marketplace, and buyers will be able to see when they become available again.
