How selling works
Seller payout
Seller payout remains on hold while the order is pending postage, in transit or under authentication. Once the item passes authentication and Tierdrop ships the order to the buyer, payout is generally released and Tierdrop handles any post-delivery issues directly with the buyer. Payout may be held longer if the order is under review, tracking is invalid, fraud is suspected, authentication fails or another issue needs to be resolved.

What you can sell
Seller expectations
Clear photos
Provide clear, detailed photos of the front, back, corners and any visible imperfections or printing errors. Photos should accurately represent the card and must not contain seller-identifying information.
Secure packaging
Package each card securely to protect it from movement, bending and damage during transit. Clearly label each card with its corresponding Tierdrop order number, attaching the label to the sleeve or protective bag rather than directly to the card.
Tracked shipping
All orders sent to Tierdrop must use tracked shipping. Tracking allows the shipment to be monitored until it arrives at our authentication hub and helps ensure each order can be correctly matched and processed.
Timely dispatch
Once your item sells, send the order within the handling time set on your account. Dispatching on time helps keep authentication and delivery on schedule and provides buyers with a more consistent experience.

Seller requirements
To sell on Tierdrop, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Complete identity verification
- Have an Australian residential address
- Have an Australian bank account for payouts
- Agree to Tierdrop's seller terms and policies
